Dr. Kathleen Perkins
Ms. Barbara O’Hare
Through a racial lens, we will look at the essential inter-connectivity of humans, the recent police violence & murders, disguised voter suppression, U.S. protest by both White & People of Color, institutional and individual racism. We will discuss our moral imperative now to change our collective race consciousness in the U.S.
This interactive workshop provides an analysis of the history, systemic and individual behaviors that encourage racism to flourish. Together we examine how institutions and organizations perpetuate the imbalance of power.
"Past Dialogue" participants bring daily life challenges and questions about race to the learning circle to discuss.
